Event Policies and Info

The Piper has been planned with special events like yours in mind.

Our goal is to help you plan a smoothly run, carefree party.

We have two areas available depending on the size of your group,

time, and the nature of the event.

Becky will help in coordinating and planning your rehearsal dinner,

wedding reception, holiday party or other special event;

or you can email Becky with your questions or needs at


Becky's office hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 2:30 to 4:30.
If you'd like a special menu or are interested in a theme party
for your group (Hawaiian, Sports, Latin, 50's Rock 'n Roll, etc.),

Chef Keaton and Becky are more than willing to suggest ideas

to make your event fun and memorable.

The Piper Pier Room
The Pier Room is our primary banquet room, perfect for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, retirement dinners, and other special functions. Book early for Christmas parties.

This romantic ground-floor room with many windows accommodates up to135 guests
and offers a magnificent view of Lake Macatawa and Eldean Marina
 opens outside to a cocktail patio. 

Pier Room

The Loft
For a more intimate setting, the Piper Loft is a private space that offers seating
for up to 36 guests. It occupies the third floor of the restaurant overlooking
the main dining room with a panoramic view of Lake Macatawa.

The Loft is used for nightly dinner guests during the summer season and busy weekends;
and we might not be able to accommodate private parties at those times.
Sorry, our elevator does not go up to the third floor.

Our services include NO room rental fees
when our low-minimum guest counts are met.
May-August and December Friday events require 40 guests and Saturdays require 70,
unless it is within 30 days of the event and facility is still available.

We set up the room and clean up after your event.
Table linens, napkins and all tableware are included.

You have the option of allowing us to coordinate special order linens, decor, chair covers, etc. to add the "WOW" factor for your event. Pricing varies on services chosen.

Some of our requirements are subject to discussion and negotiation,
and all request for special needs or help with special themed events
will be dealt with
in the Piper spirit of cooperation and gracious entertaining.
